Her areas of expertise are in 1031 Exchange, real estate development, residential, commercial, and pre-foreclosed homes and has helped nearly 100 families buy, sell, or lease their homes. Additionally, she is fluent in Cape Verdean Creole and an active member of her community participating in non-profit organizations giving back to the community.

Suehay Almonte
Suehay Almonte is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, National Association of Realtors, and Massachusetts Association of Realtors. She is also a Notary Public member of the National Notary Association.
Suehay has over 15 years of experience in Property Management, which has helped her gain valuable insights into the real estate market making her a valuable agent in both property management and sales.
